To apply to become a vendor at the Laine Vintage Undeground Mall, please download the 3 PDF files listed below.  These documents will provide you with all the details related to being a vendor at the Laine Vintage Underground Mall, including making your initial booth selection.

Once you have reviewed all 3 documents, please be sure to complete the following steps to confirm your application:​

NEXT STEPS + IMPORTANT INFO

  • Please return these 2 documents either in person (at Laine Vintage) or via email at hello@lainevintage.ca

  • Once we have received your completed documents, we will send you an invoice for the booking deposit, which must be paid in full to confirm your booking.

  • ​Due to our goal opening date being Nov 1, we plan to have vendors access the mall space to start setting up their booths sometime in mid-October. For this reason, completing your Vendor Application Package and paying your booking deposit to reserve your space is highly time-sensitive.

TWO LEVELS OF VINTAGE SHOPPING

A street-level Retail Store, with guaranteed foot traffic leading into the Vintage Vendor Mall.

 

This new store will include a curated collection of vintage clothing, home goods, office supplies, sewing and craft supplies, as well as some unique furniture pieces.

The Underground Mall that will offer a variety of booths and vendors.

Booth options will range from small

end-cap sizes to larger DIY staged booths filled with vintage furniture, home decor, and even more great vintage clothing!

HERE'S SOME INFO FOR YOU

  • The Underground Vintage Vendor Mall is located in a central downtown location with high traffic and high visibility, in the bottom level of 79 Station St, (on the corner of Craig St.)

  • Access to the Vintage Mall is through our new (street level) retail store, with guaranteed foot traffic

  • We have exterior facade signage, as well as interior wayfinding signage

  • The Underground Vintage Vendor Mall space will consist of a large 50ft x 23ft space with booth options ranging from  $125 to $375 per month

  • Vendor amenities will include washroom facilities (for staff and vendors only)

  • Free 3hr parking at the rear of the store, as well as street parking

  • Direct access to street-level entrance for easy moving in and out of larger inventory

  • Access to moving carts and dollies

  • Open access for vendors to come in and maintain their booths (during open hours)

  • Video security surveillance and 24-hour building security (via Telus Business Security)

  • Social media features (optional)

  • Website features (optional)

  • Rotating street-level booth display and/or window features  (optional)

  • Styling and staging services (optional)

​​PLEASE NOTE:  Vendor booth spaces will be limited (approx. 28 total).  We are looking for quality vs. quantity,

The selection process will be based on what we feel will be the best fit for the mall, as well as having a good variety of vendor styles.  Once you have submitted your waitlist request, we will contact you to let you know if we're interested in moving forward to the next stage of the application process and receiving our Vendor Application Package, which will require a booking deposit to secure your spot.
