HELLO VENDORS!

 

To finalize your application process, please download the 3 PDF files listed below.  These documents will provide you with all the details related to being a vendor at the Laine Vintage Underground Mall, including making your initial booth selection.

Once you have reviewed all 3 documents, please be sure to complete the following steps to confirm your application:

 

STEP 1:  Print and sign the VENDOR GUIDELINES

STEP 2: ​Print and complete the BOOTH OPTIONS form

NEXT STEPS + IMPORTANT INFO

  • Please return these 2 documents either in person (at Laine Vintage) or via email at hello@lainevintage.ca

  • Once we have received your completed documents, we will send you an invoice for the booking deposit, which must be paid in full to confirm your booking.

  • ​Due to our goal opening date being Nov 1, we plan to have vendors access the mall space to start setting up their booths sometime in mid-October. For this reason, completing your Vendor Application Package and paying your booking deposit to reserve your space is highly time-sensitive.
